8th NOA INTERNATIONAL REGATTA 2016

To Sailing Clubs Dear friends, Please find attached the Notice of Race for the “8th NOA Regatta 2016”, which will be held in Alexandroupolis, Greece from the 27th to 31st of July 2016. This year event is part of Eurilca’s Laser Europa Cup series. The event is also included in the official IODA calendar for a forth consecutive year. Clubs coming from Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Egypt, Turkey and Greece, have already expressed their interest to participate. We hope that your team will take the opportunity to join our event. Clinics for Optimist and Laser are going to be organized before the races with high level coaches, from 24th till the 26th of July, giving the opportunity for a week full of sailing! Key points Location: Alexandroupolis is located in the NorthEast of Greece only 302km from Istanbul, 279km from Burgas, 433km from Constanta and 305km from Thessaloniki. Weather conditions: Great weather conditions all year round, with steady winds 8-18 knots. During past 8 years events 54 races sailed over 57 scheduled ! Hospitality: It is our club’s strong point.
